Earlier this month, TierPoint hosted its annual Channel Advisory Board in Chicago. This session brought together TierPoint's executive leadership team and a group of industry-leading partners to set strategic priorities and shape opportunities for joint success. Through a series of interactive discussions, participants shared industry trends as well as highlighted their expertise and experiences. Many recommendations were made to help further the development of TierPoint’s channel programs and partner resources.

The leaders in attendance represented a subset of key partners that had tremendous traction with TierPoint in 2017 and were able to provide strategic feedback and recommendations that are crucial to the continued improvement of our overall channel program and client experience. In addition to the discussions, we used this opportunity to recognize two partners that have been key to our success in the channel.

AVANT was presented the Sales Enablement Partner of the Year award thanks to the large volume of business they brought to TierPoint. Their support and enablement programs for their large ecosystem of sub-agent partners fostered numerous successful deals with our team.

CDW received the National Partner of the Year award in recognition of their overall contribution to closed business with TierPoint in 2017. Additionally, the CDW team successfully completed numerous TierPoint Channel Enablement Certifications.
